It was on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 that the latest one officially opened its doors. Called Ramsay’s Kitchen, it offers tasty cuisine inspired by the chef’s travels abroad.
Open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., it is located in the former location of the Oyster Bar inside Harrah’s Las Vegas on the Strip.

During the grand opening of the new Ramsay’s Kitchen restaurant, chef Gordon Ramsay greeted guests with a special video message as they enjoyed appetizers and cocktails. However, it was Chef Christina Wilson who was on hand for the event.
Winner of season 10 of the Fox show Hell’s Kitchen, she is currently vice president of Gordon Ramsay North America.
Designed by architecture and interior design firm AO, the new restaurant holds 244 guests immersed in an atmosphere that reflects the celebrity chef’s personality with simple, sophisticated decor. Features include an upscale open bar, a 7-seat seafood counter, a floor-to-ceiling wine display and a cascade of blown glass pendants.
On the plates, the restaurant offers some of Gordon Ramsay’s favorite dishes with a special Las Vegas twist. For example, you can order a tuna tartare or a Jumbo Lump crab cake as an appetizer.
For the main course: seared scallops, beef Wellington, crispy salmon and beef carpaccio in particular await us. For the desert, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Eton Mess among others are offered to us. In the glasses, we can enjoy a wide variety of beers, wines, cocktails …
